Parking reservations

On-Campus Interviews

Being aware of K-State's Parking Services policies can enhance your recruiting experience. Please note that K-State Parking Services requires a parking permit to park on campus Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM.

FOR THE 08-09 RECRUITING YEAR ONLY, Career and Employment Services will be providing a complimentary visitor parking permit to On-Campus Interview Recruiters. To reserve your parking permit(s), complete the parking permit reservation form.

  • Complete the parking permit reservation form. Please allow at least 2 business days for processing.
  • Recruiters will pick up their parking permit at the Visitor Information Booth (open 7:30 AM-4:30 PM) located at the southwest corner of the K-State Student Union on 17th Street, just off Anderson Avenue.
  • Recruiters will proceed to Gate 9 on the east side of the Bill Snyder Family Stadium on Kimball Avenue in between Denison Street and College Avenue.
  • Parking will be located in lot (C1) on the north side of the Chester E. Peters Recreation Complex.
  • Recruiters will catch the shuttle (runs every 10 minutes 7AM-6 PM) to the K-State Student Union, then walk to Holtz Hall.
  • If recruiters are planning to attend a career fair, parking instructions will be included with the confirmation packet.
  • If recruiters are coming on campus for an information session or any other visit, they are responsible for purchasing a parking permit at the Visitor Information Booth on 17th Street, just of of Anderson Avenue.

Bramlage Career fairs/events

Recruiters attending the All University Career Fair or the Spring Education On-Campus Interviews may park at no charge on the west side of the stadium and Bramlage Coliseum. No permit is required.

Next day interviews and Union Career Fairs

  • Recruiters will go to Gate 9 on the east side of the Bill Snyder Family Stadium on Kimball Avenue in between Denison Street and College Avenue.
  • Parking will be located in lot (C1) on the north side of the Chester E. Peters Recreation Complex.
  • A career fair volunteer will give you a parking pass at the lot.
  • Recruiters will catch the shuttle (runs every 10 minutes 7AM-6 PM) to the K-State Student Union.
  • A complimentary cargo van will be available to take display materials to the K-State Student Union and student volunteers will take materials to your table.
  • Specific parking instructions will be included with the career fair confirmation packets.
