- Advisee List
- A new column was added to the left of the advisee's name, containing a row number providing a count of the students and a reference point to the advisee's location in the list.
- The icon's in the risk column have changed.
- Icon text has changed from low, med, or high with a question mark for unknown the text on all the buttons now reads SSC which stands for the Student Success Collaborative.
- Icon color reflect the different degrees of student risk (the color for high risk has changed): gray (unknown), green (low), yellow (moderate), and purple (high).

- Advisor hold (actionable - clicking on this will allow advisors to add or remove an advisor hold if they have security permissions to do so)
- Deceased (in the event the advisee is deceased the icons will be replaced with text indicating the advisee's status)

Advisee List
- A new 'Risk' column was added to the Advisee List grid. Icons in the 'Risk' column reflect the student's degree of risk for degree completion based on EAB's analysis of the student's academic records using a proprietary predictive model.
- Icon colors reflect different degrees of student risk: green (low), yellow (moderate), and red (high).
- Risk icons are actionable:
- Hovering over a risk icon displays the number of student notifications in the EAB Student Success Collaborative (SSC) Advisor Platform.
- Clicking on a risk icon opens a new window that displays the student's home page in the EAB SSC Advisor Platform. Note: Training is required to access the EAB SSC Advisor Platform. Contact Dr. Steve Dandaneau (dandaneau@ksu.edu) for more information.
Manage Advisee Groups and Filters
- Two new filters were added:
- Risk - Corresponds to the EAB student risk analysis. Filter options include: All, High, Moderate, Low, Unknown, and Blank.
- Notifications - Corresponds to the number of student notifications in the EAB SSC Advisor Platform. Filter options range from 0 to 30.

Student detail pages - Common area
- The student risk icon was added to the right of the student's name and is actionable (see the Advisee List section above for types of actions).
- If the student has completed a FERPA non-disclosure, the FERPA hold icon (window shade) will appear next to the student risk icon.
- Note: Additional icons will be added in a future release, e.g., Advisor hold, negative service indicator, and positive service indicator.

Student detail pages - Common area
- A new Go To drop down menu replaces the 'Create Note', 'SSCS' and 'Run DARS Now' buttons to easily accommodate future expansion.
- Two new features were added to the Go To drop down menu:
- A deep link to the EAB Student Success Collaborative Advisor Platform. Note: The link is only visible to advisors participating in the pilot. Eventually all advisors will have access.
- A Student Lookup function.
Student detail pages - Schedule screen
- The student's name was added to the print friendly view.

Advising Notes
- Create Advising Notes screen
- Added creation date.
- Modified the behavior of the reset button so it clears the form and does not allow editing of a previously posted note.
- Adjusted the font sizes and added additional help text for improved readability/usability.
- Advisee Notes screen
- Added a mouse over in the subject line that displays the first few advisee names for bulk notes.
- Create Advising Notes screen
- My Draft Notes screen
- Added creation date.
- Bulk Notes
- Changes made while editing a bulk note of an individual will now apply to all advisees in the bulk note.
- Draft Notes
- Prevents editing the same draft note in multiple windows or browsers at the same time. If the note has changed, been deleted or posted since the screen was opened, an error message will appear and the note will revert to the last saved state. If the note was deleted, it will show an empty note.
Student details - Summary screen
- Service Indicators
- Added start and end terms and start and end dates.
- Transfer Colleges
- Removed Transfer GPA as it is not possible to calculate an accurate transfer GPA from data in KSIS.
- Advisors should run a DARS report to get the Transfer GPA.
