- "It is important for students to be involved in a design team because it gives them an opportunity to gain skills outside of the classroom and gain experience working on a team. But it can be so much more than that. It can be a place to be innovative, develop networking skills, how to work with a limited budget, and even diagnose problems on your own car!"
