KSU Social Club sponsors event at Sunset Zoo
The KSU Social Club is sponsoring an event from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, April 27, at the Manhattan Sunset Zoo.
Jim Carpenter, professor of zoological medicine at K-State's Veterinary Health Center, will present a program that will be fun for all ages. His topic will be "Wildlife Adventures in South Africa: from Immobilizing Rhinos to the Big Swing!"
The event will be open to K-State faculty members and their families. Everyone can come for the program and refreshments and stay to explore Sunset Zoo with discount tickets. The program is free and discount tickets may be purchased at the time of the event.
