Anthropology professor publishes new textbook edition

Harald E.L. Prins, university distinguished professor of anthropology and university distinguished teaching scholar, published a newly-revised edition of “The Essence of Anthropology” (Wadsworth). Co-authored with Bunny McBride, adjunct lecturer of anthropology, and two other colleagues at the University of Vermont, this 430-page textbook covers all four subfields of anthropology – archaeology, linguistics, biological and socio-cultural anthropology. It is available in print and digital format.
