A message from the Faculty Senate Leadership Council
Thank you to everyone who participated in the special session of the Faculty Senate on May 14. This session was designed to raise awareness and initiate the process of aligning salaries with the Vision 2025 plan. Your comments and recommendations provided during the meeting were very much appreciated and you are encouraged to continue sharing innovative ideas.
We are in the process of creating a method (e.g. a website) to collect and organize your suggestions. We will notify you of where you can send your ideas once the location has been established. Please watch for advertisements of another meeting during the fall semester to update faculty and unclassified staff about continued progress toward achievement of the salary benchmarks in conjunction with the 2025 plan.
