Low brass music faculty perform at international trombone festival
Paul Hunt, professor of trombone, and Steven Maxwell, associate professor of tuba, performed on the Faculty Showcase Recital presented as part of the International Trombone Association Festival July 11 on the campus of the University of Iowa, Iowa City.
The two professors of low brass performed Hunt's original composition, "The Pterygoid Walk" (2017) for trombone, tuba and audio media.
