Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning director search committee announced

Brian Niehoff, associate provost for institutional effectiveness, has appointed the search committee for the national search to find the next director of the Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning.

Keith Hohn, professor of chemical engineering, will chair the search committee. Niehoff will deliver the charge to the group this week, outlining his expectations and the search process timeline. The anticipated start date for the new director is July 1, 2013.

Search committee members are:

  • Keith Hohn, professor of chemical engineering and search committee chair
  • Kathy Brockway, associate professor of arts, science and business, College of Technology and Aviation
  • Jason Coleman, assistant professor, Hale Library
  • Rebecca Gould, director, iTAC
  • JohnElla Holmes, instructor of American ethnic studies
  • Katrina Lewis, assistant professor of interior architecture and product design
  • Kaitlin Long, undergraduate student representative
  • Jason Maseberg-Tomlinson, director, student and faculty services, Division of Continuing Education
  • Roger McHaney, professor of management
  • Rick Scheidt, professor of family studies and human services
  • Carol Shanklin, dean of the Graduate School
  • Steve Stockham, professor of diagnostic medicine and pathobiology
  • Be Stoney, associate professor of curriculum and instruction
  • Michael Wesch, associate professor of sociology, anthropology and social work
  • Kimberly Williams, professor of horticulture, forestry and recreation resources
