Conflict/Dispute Resolution
Kansas State University believes that its employees are a valuable resource, and realizes that occasional employment conflicts are inevitable when people work together. In trying to resolve employment conflicts among employees as fairly as possible, the University provides a dispute resolution process (pdf) for all permanent university support staff (USS), Faculty, and Unclassified employees.
