Center for Academic Innovation

Supporting Next-Gen Academic Innovation

The Center for Academic Innovation serves as a strategic partner across the academic enterprise to research, analyze and develop new, innovative programs, as well as revitalize existing programs to ensure they meet market demand and advance the Next-Gen K-State vision.

Strategic Program Development and Management supports faculty and staff by providing coordination, consultation, development and instructional design services for credit programs, microcredentials and noncredit professional development opportunities across both campus and online delivery modalities.
Analyzing industry-desired skills, projected occupational growth, top competitors and more positions K-State programs for success. Our market intelligence analysts conduct market research and gather accurate, relevant and unbiased data to guide strategic decisions throughout new program development or program revitalization.
UFM Community Learning Center is a non-profit campus and community education program serving both our institution and the surrounding community. Through creative educational programming, UFM offers a variety of noncredit and credit classes for all ages and interests.
