LEAD 312: Peer Leader Practicum
The LEAD 312: Peer Leader Practicum is a 3-credit hour course offered by the Division of Academic Success and Student Support (DASSA) in partnership with the Staley School of Leadership Studies. This course aims to train participants to become effective peer leaders by enhancing their critical thinking and communication skills, equipping them with practical strategies to support their peers, and fostering leadership qualities that strengthen campus engagement. The curriculum includes topics such as building relationships, facilitating group dynamics, and problem-solving, ensuring participants are well-prepared to guide others through their college experience.
