New Student Success Resources

Welcome, new Wildcats! At K-State, academic advising is important to every student's success in achieving their academic and career goals. Every student will meet with their assigned academic advisor at least once a semester. Your advisor will assist you in navigating the university, assist in your degree planning, connect you to university resources and more. To learn more about academic advising, read these student and advisor expectations. You can also review Enrollment 101 video to see what the enrollment process is like.
