Bachelor's Degree in Integrative Human Sciences
B.S. in integrative sciences
The integrative human sciences degree offers a dynamic approach to studying the well-being of individuals, families and communities in a global environment. Our core curriculum provides students a foundation to better understand human behavior within context and apply the knowledge and skills they are learning to real world situations. In addition to the core coursework, students work with their advisor to select four areas of concentration specific to their own personal and professional goals. Three areas within the college and one is outside of the college. An internship is embedded in the coursework, and students are encouraged to consider education abroad experiences.
The K-State difference
Students in the integrative human sciences program have the ability to craft their degree to fit their needs. Examples of concentration areas include: conflict resolution, nutrition, psychology, entrepreneurship or Spanish.
