Employees must use E-Time (Login to HRIS and enter the Time Reporting tile) and the online leave submission process outlined on the Quick Access to Time and Leave Resources webpage. Human Resources
The ASC Human Resources team supports customer departments with the coordination of employee recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, time and leave, and payroll. Our HR representatives serve as liaisons to the Division of Human Resources for all department level human resource functions.

FMLA/Extended Absence
If an employee anticipates an extended absence due to a medical reason (for themselves or a family member), they must inform their ASC HR representative about the need for leave. The employee will be notified of their FMLA eligibility within 5 business days by the FMLA specialist, and additional documentation may be required. If an employee is absent for more than 3 consecutive days, an ASC HR representative will contact the employee's supervisor to confirm whether a referral to HR for FMLA is necessary.
