For my applied practice experience I worked with Fort Riley in the public health department. I had the opportunity to perform a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) assessment for food that goes to the commissary.

These analyses are used to determine any adverse health outcomes or costs that clients could be experiencing. This work has led to improved health and affordability initiatives for our client base.
