On-Campus Curriculum
Students in the Nutrition and Health program have the flexibility to tailor their education to fit their goals, preparing them for professional schools and careers in fields like physician assistant, nurse practitioner, and other health professions. The program’s numerous elective hours allow students to explore opportunities such as studying abroad, pursuing minors or secondary majors, or taking additional courses in dietetics, gerontology, kinesiology, business, food science, leadership studies, or a foreign language.


Online Curriculum
In the online Nutrition and Health program, you will explore the science of food, nutrition, and its impact on health while enjoying the flexibility of an online format. Led by top faculty who also teach our on-campus courses, this program ensures you receive the same high-quality education.
