How to Submit University Data

1. Click Complete the University Data Reporting Form.

2. Enter the user name and password for your program

3. Enter information for your program:

  • Major Programs: Enter your program's most recent outcomes, measures, and results that best align with each university outcome listed. Update any pre-populated content to reflect the most accurate and up-to-date information. Information will be used to fulfill Board of Regents and Higher Learning Commission requirements.
  • Minors, Certificates, and Secondary Majors: Enter information for your program. Update any pre-populated content to reflect the most accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Click the Save and Review button. Your submission will be saved. To update or make changes, you can reenter the form through Canvas until December 1.
