The Career Center can connect you with K-State talent from all academic colleges at K-State. Use the Berney Family Welcome Center and Handshake to facilitate your entire interview process or in conjunction with your own ATS and systems. Consider these K-State academic calendar dates, campus holidays and breaks when determining your recruitment schedule. Choose the format below that best meets your needs.

Handshake-Facilitated Interviews

Use Handshake to post your jobs and manage the entire selection process. Or promote your job openings through Handshake and drive candidates to your organization's own applicant tracking system. Then--

• Meet with Candidates On Campus

Schedule an interview date in Handshake to meet with candidates in the comfort and convenience of meeting rooms in the Berney Family Welcome Center for privacy and a stable internet connection.

• Interview Candidates Online

Arrange interviews using your own ATS and video-conferencing platform. Students can request interview rooms in the Berney Family Welcome Center for privacy and a stable internet connection.

• Conduct Next Day Interviews

Meet students at one of K-State's career events and arrange times to interview them the next day in the Berney Family Welcome Center and/or the K-State Union. Room reservations and hospitality provided by the Career Center.
