Information Systems
Information System graduates use knowledge of computing and mathematics to identify, analyze, and solve problems in computer systems. Much like Computer Scientists, they develop software and manage information for businesses around the world. But instead of developing new programming languages, they put those languages to use by creating unique programs for very specific industries. Thus, these graduates pursue a deeper understanding of various areas – such as retail, banking, manufacturing, agriculture, education, government, and healthcare, etc – so they can design software that will benefit those industries.
