The Sues Research Laboratory
Welcome to the Sues Group Website!
Our research at Kansas State University focuses mainly on synthetic inorganic and organometallic chemistry. More specifically, we are interested in using sustainable resources to develop novel catalytic systems for renewable energy applications and industrially relevant chemical transformations. For many of our projects, we take inspiration from biological systems to help guide catalyst design. Additionally, we use theoretical calculations and density functional theory to inform experimental results.
Research opportunities are currently available! For more details please see the Positions tab above.
