About the Office of Civil Rights & Title IX
Kansas State University is dedicated to fostering an intellectually diverse environment for students, faculty, and staff, rooted in respect and fair practices. The Office of Civil Rights & Title IX is actively involved in training, outreach, affirmative action planning, equal employment opportunity compliance, and conducting investigations in accordance with PPM 3010, as well as relevant laws, regulations, executive orders, and other policies that uphold equal opportunity and civil rights. OCR & TIX accomplishes this through collaboration with students, faculty and staff in hiring practices, training and reporting. OCR & TIX values the Kansas State University Principles of Community, as well as equity, diversity, and inclusiveness for all members. By providing equal access, we enable all University members to collaborate and fulfill our mission as a land-grant university.
Hours of Accessibility
Our walk-in hours are 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM on Monday through Friday at 220A Kedzie Hall. Appointments available 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
The office is open Veteran’s Day, but is closed for all other national & university observed holidays.
