Weekly Status Report: August 15
Below is a brief update on the CRM undergraduate and graduate recruitment implementation project. This update highlights key goals and is not a representation of the entire project.
Last week’s accomplishments (week of August 5)
- Configured pages to arrange data and features in a meaningful way to users
- Created the first set of events in Talisma as a back-up plan
- Created a calendar of the pre-event activities for the first set of events
- Launched first interface with KSIS
This week’s goals (week of August 12)
- Solve event roadblock issues to launch K-State Discover Day event, registration form, and email campaign
- CRM trainers attend Xperience training
- Research QuickText functionality in Salesforce/Trailhead
- Finalize content expert groups
- Finalize enrollment history for college and transfer schools
- Finish interface
- Research a long-term storage solution for campaign data
- Review electronic recordkeeping plan with the Records and Information Management Committee (RIMC)
- Communication on process changes in Talisma while both systems are running in parallel
Next week’s goals (week of August 19)
- Create FAQ
- Finalize outline of the training plan
- Convert Inquiries and Campus Visits to Salesforce/TargetX on a rolling basis
- Add CRM login to KSU homepage
- Create a Town Hall executive summary
- Send a survey to all Town Hall participants
- Review dashboard of registrations to Discover K-State event
