She collaborates closely with internal teams and functional business areas within DAIR to assess data needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Reena is responsible for managing the maintenance of our existing on-prem data marts, including those related to student, financial aid, human resources, and financials.

Vinay Ganapavarapu is an invaluable member of our data team, specializing in the development of data pipelines and transformation logic for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. He plays a critical role in both the development of the cloud data warehouse and supporting existing on-prem data marts. Vinay is also responsible for developing database functions, procedures, and data structures to facilitate reporting, ensuring efficient and accurate data retrieval. Lastly, He leads the development of the Finance Data Mart in the cloud data warehouse, enabling ease of reporting and self-service capabilities for the campus community.

John focuses on developing data models and structures to meet the business intelligence and analytic needs of the university, ensuring data availability and reliability for informed decision-making.

Geir is responsible for developing database procedures and data structures to facilitate reporting, ensuring efficient and accurate data retrieval. He also develops database procedures and processes to automate external survey submissions, such as for the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS), streamlining compliance efforts. Geir's expertise extends to developing SQL queries to support business intelligence and other teams, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
