University Committees

Our University Committees support students, faculty and staff by providing the opportunity for new perspectives and connections.

The University Committee on Religious, Spiritual, and Nonreligious Diversity exists to help everyone on campus - from all religious, spiritual, and nonreligious perspectives - to see themselves as valuable members of the K-State family.

The Committee provides support to students, staff, faculty, and administrators who request it, engages in programming, and actively allies with other diversity and belonging campus committees.

The University Comittee on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging is intended to provide input on goals, policies and strategic direction that foster a climate which supports the success of all Kansas State University community members. The committee is made up of representatives from every college and major unit throughout the university.

The University Committee on Gender Equity at K-State is an advisory group of roughly 20 members including faculty, students, staff, and one representative from Kansas State Salina. The goal of this committee is to review the roles, needs, and opportunities of our diverse students, faculty and staff at Kansas State University, promoting gender equity for all.
