Campus Demonstration Response Team
The Campus Demonstration Response Team is a resource for students and members of the K-State community planning or participating in demonstration activities. The team is comprised of staff volunteers who are present during most demonstrations held on campus grounds, and the team is trained on First Amendment rights, K-State policies and de-escalation techniques.
Students and K-State community members are encouraged to engage with the team if they have questions related to safety and K-State policy.
It is important to know that this team does not replace K-State police. K-State police will engage in demonstrations if deemed necessary.
To contact the Campus Demonstration Response Team with questions, please email studentsupport@k-state.edu.
