Cars, Cops, and Traffic Stops: Who's Right?
This panel discussion provided a thought provoking look at constitutional rights against unlawful search and seizure. The discussion addressed conflicts between the government's right to investigate crime and the people's rights to be left alone: At home or on the highway; in the bedroom or in the pick-up truck.
