- Beacham's Guide to Literature for Young Adults Booklist Z1035 .B58. This resource lists books by title and offers a university- and high-school level overview of the book's plot, setting, themes, social sensitivity, etc., as well as suggestions for discussion questions and paper topics. Highly recommended.
- Literature Resource Center. This Gale database reproduces much of the text of The Dictionary of Literary Biography for easy online access.
- Literature Online (Lion) reproduces full-text poems, plays, and novels as well as providing access to criticism and interpretation.
- Booklist Z1007 .S94. An ALA publication, this periodical provides the most up-to-date information on current books. All books included are recommended for quality and interest.
