The Division of Financial Services Administration oversees the following reporting units:
- Administrative Support Center-Accounting
- Cashiers and Student Accounts
- Financial Reporting
- Fund Balancing
- General Accounting
- Payroll
- Purchasing and Contract Services
- Systems
In addition to oversight of the units above, Financial Services Administration manages all schedule of charges (fee approvals), real estate transactions (real property leases and purchases and sales of property) and all debt related transactions.
Notices
Important fiscal year notices are sent annually by the Division of Financial Services to all individuals responsible for the following department functions: accounting, travel, payroll, accounts receivable, budget and the recording and depositing of cash receipts.
