Pay Now Regardless of Designated Access

Students may grant parents or others the ability to pay bills and view financial records through a process called designated access. Individuals without designated access can still make a payment on a student's account. Payors can visit the Transact guest payment center, enter the student's Wildcat ID number, last name and the amount they wish to pay (this particular system does not provide the amount due or any details of the balance). This payment option is available to students, parents, and others. However, bill payment through KSIS is the preferred method.

Please note that the university cannot provide the student's Wildcat ID number or amount due to non-designees. Payors must obtain that information directly from the student.

Instructions

Step 1: Visit the Transact guest payment center.

Step 2: Enter the student's WID and last name.

Step 3: Next, you'll be asked to make a payment towards total tuition or specific charges within the Direct Payments section.

Step 4: Direct Payments lists a variety of university charges to which you can direct specific payments. Click the box noting the charge you wish to pay.

Once you choose what you want to pay, a screen will come up and ask you to enter the amount to pay. Click "Add to Shopping Basket" to continue.

Step 8: Once you’ve chosen where you want your payment directed, you may enter the payment amount.

Step 9: Choose Pay Now if you wish to make no further payments at this time. Select Add More to add additional payments.

All added Direct Payments will appear in the payment confirmation screen.

The service fee for domestic card payments will be 2.95% 
The service fee for international card payments will be 4.25%
The minimum service fee for card transactions over $20 and less than $103 will be $3.

(Please note that credit/debit card service fees are non-refundable.)

Chose "credit or debit card" as your payment method, fill out the fields that follow and complete your payment.

ACH/Electronic Check

You will need to have a regular checking account or money market account. Use the account number directly printed on the check. Do not use a debit or check card as ACH payment or you will incur a service fee. If you have previously entered your banking information when signing up for Direct Deposit, you will see this as a saved payment option. Fill out the required fields and complete your payment.
