FIS - Moving the JVM.DLL

1. Download JVM.zip here.


2. Save file to C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.21\bin\hotspot. (Note: on 64bit OS machines, you must go to the Program Files (x86) folder.)


3. Unzip the file to C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.21\bin\hotspot.


4. If it creates a new folder, you need to copy the file from the folder, should be JVM.dll, to the C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.21\bin\hotspot folder.

FIS - Certificate Fix

1. Download certdb.zip here.


2. Save file to C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.21\lib\security. (Note: on 64bit OS machines, you must go to the Program Files (x86) folder.)


3. Unzip the file to C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.21\lib\security.


4. If it creates a new folder, you need to copy the file from the folder, should be certdb.txt, to the C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.21\lib\security.

Internet Explorer 9 Upgrade

1. Note that IE 9 has not been approved for Campus Wide distribution as yet. However, as many have already installed it, we are providing the following instructions to assist you in accessing eForms, FIS Discoverer and FIS Option Month-End statements as well as regular Oracle screens such as the grants module.
