Course 4: Food and Nutrition Science Research and Development
This course will be the culminating experience within the Food and Nutrition Sciences program of study. Through the application of knowledge and skills gained earlier in the program of study, students will explore all aspects of new food product development, from research and development to marketing and career opportunities. They will consider the nutritional needs of consumers, and possibilities for production, processing, distribution, and marketing of food to develop food products suitable for a variety of scenarios.
