Grievances for Employees Represented by an Employee Organization (or Union)

Disputes regarding the interpretation of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) are resolved according to the procedures outlined in the MOA. Currently, the university has one MOA with the Kansas State University Employees Association, Local 6400, which represents maintenance and service employees.
