Session Description: Microsoft Teams is a communication and collaborative tool that allows users and organizations to efficiently discuss and work on projects and tasks without the need for email, phones or files sharing applications. This interactive session will explore the layout of the user interface and demonstrate essential features to work more efficiently.

Session Objectives: As a result of this session, participants will learn:

  • Understand the layout of the user interface
  • Schedule meetings within the app
  • How to make calls to other Teams users
  • Chat in small and larger groups
  • Manage conversations
  • Collaborate on the same file
  • Access and work on documents in MS Word and Excel
