Session Description:

It is important for USS employees to understand the policies that guide them. This session will cover the four policies that are most frequently referenced by supervisors and will address them from the employee’s perspective. The session will also explain both the employee’s and supervisor’s role in administering these policies.

Session Objectives: As a result of this session, participants will:

  • Understand their rights and responsibilities regarding attendance.
  • Know the four-step disciplinary process.
  • Understand the Performance Management Process.
  • Develop an awareness of the PRC (Peer Review Committee) appeals process.
