Compensation and Organizational Effectiveness
The Compensation and Organizational Effectiveness department oversees various functions for staff positions, including managing the compensation structure, reviewing position descriptions, evaluating salary and reclassification requests, and ensuring FLSA compliance. COE also collaborates with departments/units to provide guidance and optimize position management through organizational analysis.
