Direct Deposit

Kansas State University requires payroll direct deposit for all employees.

Employees with an existing checking or savings account may make additions or changes to their direct deposit by using Employee Self Service OR by completing an Authorization for Direct Deposit of Employee Pay Form (PER-58). The Direct Deposit form should be completed with your department HR Liaison and submitted to hrimaging@ksu.edu or sent via campus mail to Human Resources at 111 Dykstra Hall, 1628 Claflin Rd., Manhattan, KS 66506.

Paycard Program

The State of Kansas maintains a 100% electronic payment policy for payroll payments. In support of this policy, the State of Kansas has partnered with U.S. Bank to offer the U.S. Bank Focus Payroll card for employees.
