Submit online application
Our online application takes about 30 minutes to complete.
Submitting your application for admission will also trigger an automatic review of your eligibility for general university scholarships/awards.
Admission and scholarship priority dates:
- Spring start - Nov. 1
- Summer/Fall start - Feb.1
Pay the $80 USD Application Fee
You may pay the fee online with a credit card, with a money order or bank draft. Application fees are non-refundable.
Submit Transcripts
Transcripts for all previous academic coursework must be submitted.
- For incoming freshmen, this includes high school (secondary school) transcripts, and any and all university, college, vocational, community college, or technical coursework beyond the secondary level.
- For transfer students, this includes any and all university, college, vocational, community college, or technical coursework beyond the secondary level.
Transfer students begin transfer credit evaluation
If you have attended a U.S. university or college you can begin the transfer credit evaluation now. If you can't find your institution or specific course, send a copy of your class syllabus to transferevaluation@k-state.edu.
Submit Copy of Passport
We require this to ensure the correct spelling of your name and the correct date of birth. Send pdf copies of your application materials to international@k-state.edu.
To get your I-20: Submit Affidavit of Financial Support and Bank Statement
Student visa document regulations require proof that the student/sponsor has the financial capability to pay for one academic year at K-State. Download and fill out the Affidavit of Financial Support and Bank Statement (pdf).

Evaluation stage
Our evaluation process takes about two weeks. We will contact you via email if we require any additional information or additional documents.
