- CPIA holds an annual Conference and Exposition in February. The site rotates among Colorado, Nebraska and Kansas.
- CPIA sends out three newsletters annually.
- CPIA presents three, $500 scholarships annually to a student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Kansas State University and Colorado State University. Students are majoring in irrigation-related fields.
- CPIA has a monthly "Events Calendar" that is sent out to all members.
- CPIA has a directory that lists members alphabetically, by product/service, and geographic location.
