How to print your card online?

Your Student Health Insurance ID Card is available on-line 24/7 via My Account on United Healthcare website.

Please keep in mind that it may take 3 to 4 weeks from the beginning of the semester until you are able to access your account. If you need your ID card and cannot access your account, email isss@ksu.edu for assistance .

If you already have a user ID and password, you can print your card, or even request that a new one be mailed out to you. Just log in and click the ID Card Information link in the Policy Information section.

If you don't have a user ID and password yet you can create your account by providing your name, date of birth and email address. You may also call United Healthcare toll-free at 1-800-767-0700 for assistance in setting up your My Account.

You may also access My Account via your smartphone at http://my.uhcsr.com or by downloading our new Mobile App from your App Store.

• Please make sure you type in your name as it appears on your KSIS account, you date of birth in the correct format (mm/dd/yyyy) and type your e-mail as E-ID @K-State.Edu and NOT as @KSU.edu to register online.
