IT Project

Submitting a Project Evaluation Request initiates the K-State IT process for assessing needs, available resources and determining a pathway for project execution. For larger initiatives with a wide-ranging impact, the request is reviewed by the Project Governance Board (PGB), which is responsible for reviewing, approving and prioritizing projects. The IT Project Management Office (PMO) handles incoming project evaluation requests in collaboration with the requester and the IT Director, ensuring alignment with the needs of the requesting unit.
