IT Project

Submitting a Project Evaluation Request begins the K-State IT process of evaluating needs, resources, and determining a path forward towards project execution. If the initiative is small with a limited impact, the request is reviewed and assigned to the IT resource team for completion. If the initiative is large with a wide scope of impact, the request is reviewed by the Project Governance Group (PGG) for review, approval, and prioritization (note: as of 9/1/2023, PGG meetings are temporarily paused) . The Project Management Office (PMO) facilitates these reviews and approvals, as well as managing some of those initiatives.
