Adobe Creative Cloud Licenses
The Adobe Creative Cloud licenses are free for K-State faculty and staff. The Adobe Enterprise license agreement year is August 1 through July 31. View the Downloading Adobe Create Cloud Suite knowledge base article for step-by-step instructions.
License Types
Named licenses are available for individuals and shared device licenses available for labs, classrooms, and other shared multi-user machines. These licenses include access to all the Creative Cloud applications. Some key differences between the two license types are as follows:

Request a License
Shared device licenses may be requested for labs, classrooms, and other shared multi-user machines. If county-paid extension employees and K-State student employees require access to perform their job duties, licenses may be requested. Student employee license tickets must be submitted by the student’s supervisor for employment use.For all requested employee licenses, once applicable employment has concluded, a ticket to terminate the license must be submitted.
To request a license, submit a completed Software and Applications Distribution Form. You will receive an email with Adobe access instructions.
Annual Renewal
The K-State license is renewed annually July 31.
