Reporting Technology Problems in Classrooms

Use the Classroom Technology Problem Reporting form to report problems or needed repairs in a centrally-managed classroom. For immediate assistance, call the Classroom Technology Hotline at 532-5798.

Key Requests

Key requests for centrally-managed classrooms (and key pick ups) are handled through the Facilities Key Control Office. Requests made by 2 p.m. are filled the next business day. Requests submitted after 2 p.m. will be available for pick up on the second business day. Instructors will need their K-State ID when picking up keys.

The Facilities Key Control Office is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
