Getting Started

If you are new to KSIS, this page is for you. Below are links for how to get access, some helpful tips, and training information for new users.

Before training can occur for administrative processes in KSIS, employees must be authorized for access to the areas covered in the training sessions. If you do not already have the appropriate access, see the details below on how to obtain it for the desired role.

How to Get Access to KSIS

Students, faculty, academic advisors, and staff get access to specific KSIS features based on their role at the university. Designees (parents or others) are granted access to their student's information in KSIS by their student.

Below are detailed instructions for each user type. For additional help with current KSIS access, submit a Student Information Systems Request or contact the IT Service Desk: Search the Knowledge Base, Submit a Ticket, or Start a Live Chat.

For new access or additional roles to your KSIS access following the guidance in the appropriate section via the KSIS Security Form.
