I cannot log into KSIS with my eID and password, who do I contact?
If you cannot log into KSIS with your eID and password, first contact your student to verify that they have confirmed your designee access in KSIS. If your access has been confirmed by your student, then contact the IT Service Desk: Search the Knowledge Base, Submit a Ticket, or Start a Live Chat for further assistance.
My student has confirmed my account, but I still cannot pay my student's bill through KSIS. How do I resolve this?
