View and Print Class Roster
The KSIS class roster provides information about students (name, WID, major(s), grade level, and photo) who have enrolled, waitlisted, or dropped a class. Follow the instructions below to view and print your class roster with or without student photos.
Note: Information in the class roster is considered part of the student's educational records. If saved or printed, the class roster must be stored in a secure location. An asterisk (*) next to the student's name indicates they have a FERPA hold and additional restrictions apply. Destroy or shred copies when no longer needed.
Class Roster without Photos
- On the right of the KSIS Home page, in the KSIS Links box, click Faculty Center.
- Click the Class Roster icon to the left of the class you want to view.
Note:This symbol displays only after students have enrolled in the section. - The list of students is displayed as shown in the grid below.
- From the Enrollment Status drop-down, you can select to view students with a specific status, such as All, Dropped, or Waitlisted.
Note: Waitlisted status will only appear if there are students on the waitlist for your class. - To print the text only version of the class roster, click at the bottom of the page.
- Then click .
- Verify the print options for your browser and click Print again to finish the printing process.
Class Roster with Photos
- Follow steps 1-4 above.
- There are several options to view student photos. In Select display option, select either Link to Photos or Include photos in list.
- Link to Photos provides a link to the roster with student photos as shown in step 3 above. To view a student photo, click the photo icon .
- Include photos in list displays the student list with the photo on the left. By default, only one student is displayed so the page will load quickly and be less cluttered. Click the right arrow to advance one student at a time.
To view all student photos on the same page, click the View All option.
- Link to Photos provides a link to the roster with student photos as shown in step 3 above. To view a student photo, click the photo icon .
- Click the link to generate a photo roster with 20 student photos, names, and WIDs per page in PDF format.
Note: You may need to enable pop-ups on your browser before the page will display. See Disabling Web Browser Pop-up Blockers for details. - Once the Photo Roster is displayed, use your web browser's functionality to print or save the photo roster.
