Possible reasons include:
- You signed out in another tab or window.
- The system automatically signed you out due to inactivity.
- The system is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. (Check the IT Status page for updates.)
- You have not yet been granted access to KSIS.
If the problem persists, please contact the IT Service Desk.
