StrengthsQuest in KSU Advisor Center
To prepare for and enhance advising conversations with students, academic advisors can now access a student's top five strengths in the KSU Advisor Center in KSIS.
Based on the concept of intentionally developing your strengths rather than your weaknesses, the StrengthsFinder assessment by StrengthsQuest identifies students' top five strengths from a list of 34 talents. The assessment is utilized campuswide in classrooms and communities, as a way for students to better understand what they and others have to offer.
