Summary: For this match, Truman traveled to Manhattan to play on Saturday afternoon. Truman jumped out to an early 5-0 lead. KSU answered with a long try by Kenny Scott to take a 7-5 lead. KSU also had a try scored by Jared Dull near the end of the half to go up 14-5. In the second half, Kenny Scott opened the scoring with an unconverted try to make the game 19-5. Truman scored the next try to make the game 19-12. Truman was once again threatening with an attacking 5-meter scrum, when K-State's forwards drove the scrum over and stole possession to relieve the pressure. Truman never again seriously threatened, and the final two tries were scored by Joe D'Agostino off of a scrum set play, and by Jared Dull on another stolen scrum ball.
