KSUFR vs Iowa Falls Rugby Club

Score: 17-8 KSUFR

Summary:

Despite some sloppy play and some poor refereeing, KSUFR came out on top in the first game of the tournament. Joe D'Agostino started off the scoring with a penalty goal. At halftime the score was 3-0. Iowa Falls scored a penalty goal to tie the game early in the second half. The next points were scored on a try under the posts by Tyler Hodges. D'Agostino converted and KSUFR was up 10-3. Sioux Falls scored another try, and D'Agostino finished off the scoring with a try and a converted kick from the sideline.

KSUFR vs Sioux Falls Rugby Club

Score: 22-0 KSUFR

Summary:

KSUFR came out strong in the 2nd game of the day. The wind picked up throughout the day, and played a major role in the game. In the first half, KSUFR was able to score 3 tries with the wind at their back to take a 17 -0 lead at half. Tries were scored by Kenny Scott, Michael Chen, and Tyler Hodges. In the second half, Hodges added one more try in the second half to finish the scoring and end the game at 22-0. KSUFR will play in the semifinals of the premier division tomorrow morning.
