Concert Band Clinic begins Friday
The 26th annual K-State Concert Band Clinic will take place Friday, Jan. 25, through Sunday, Jan. 27.
More than 700 students from the Midwest will be on campus and receive a quality musical experience from nationally acclaimed guest clinicians.
The three-day event includes seven large ensembles, percussion ensembles, sectional rehearsals and master classes with K-State music faculty and music students.
The K-State Wind Ensemble will perform a free concert at 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, in McCain Auditorium. The final concert, featuring clinic students, will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27. Both concerts are free and open to the public.
